  • Our support team will provide you with a return form in order to proceed with your return.

How do i cancel my order?

How long does shipping take?

When you order with www.ali-lab.eu you will be able to choose between the following delivery options: 

  • GLS: delivery takes between 3-6 business days.
  • UPS Standard: delivery takes between 1-4 business days depending on your country zone (see below detailed zone delivery).
  • UPS Express: when choosing this delivery option, your order should typically arrive within 24-48 hours depending on your country zone.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?

Once we receive your returned product and approved, your refund will be processed. Please allow2-5 business daysfor any returned funds to arrive in your account.

Can I track my order?

Do i have to pay the cost of return?

  • Customers returning products would be required to arrange and pay for the shipping back to the hub where it was dispatched from.
  • Please note, postage costs will vary depending on the service and carrier selected by the customer, and also the location being shipped from. 
  • However, at the discretion of Hempire Gardens, postage will be paid under specific circumstances, and reasons for return will be assessed on an individual basis.
